    Charles Roszel was born April 05, 1742 in Sussex County, New Jersey, USA, the son of Joseph Roszel and Ann Alcott.

Charles married a woman named Mary in 1765 in Sussex and they had thirteen children.
Some records report Mary was Mary Eldridge and others report her as Mary Wilson. If anyone has documentation of Mary's last name, please send us a copy of the documents.

Charles Roszel died in Gainsborough Township, Lincoln County, Ontario, Canada in October 25, 1817 and is bured in St. Ann's Cemetery.
